Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
  • Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
  • Salary plus commission/bonus - unlimited earning potential with Base Pay & Commission combined
    • $45,000 if you are average
    • $60,000 if you are good
    • $85,000 plus if you are great & our next superstar

Requirements
  • Professional Sales experience preferred
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty license + Life and Health license
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

Compensation $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
